Abigail and Ira have been dating for five years and it was no surprise when they announced their engagement in July. Rumours of their impending nuptials began to spread after Abigail posted a picture on Instagram in October of her chilling in Central Park wearing what appeared to be a white wedding dress.
The Monique Lhuillier gown that the 24-year-old star of No Reservations and My Sister’s Keeper chosen to wear on her special day was a custom-made design. The lightweight tulle dress was intricately detailed with pearl embroidery, tiny crystals and high cut sides with a dip in the front. Abigail also sported an elegant high neckline with a dramatic train.
The former child star was beaming with joy as she said her “I do” to her beau standing in the same place where Abigail once read a poem to her late father during his memorial service. She was also radiant with a subtle makeup look and her hair styled up for the special occasion.
The couple exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends and proceeded to much-needed celebration following their union. The newlyweds took some time to take photos of their special day against the lush green backdrop of Central Park.
Congratulations to Abby and Ira on their big day! We wish them all the best in their future together!
