Relationships, old and new, can be messy.
That’s certainly the case for Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles‘ Josh Flagg, as the Bravo series’ season 14 midseason trailer—released Jan. 26—teases tension with both the realtor’s ex-husband Bobby Boyd and his new boyfriend Andrew Beyer.
And it’s real estate that’s bringing Josh and his ex back together in the preview, as Josh tells Tracy Tutor about an open house he and his “soon-to-be ex-husband” co-listed together. The former couple called it quits after five years of marriage in March 2022.
Tensions between the two are high at the open house, as Josh calls Bobby “f–king nuts,” to which Bobby responds, “You’re too successful to be this petty.”
As if Josh’s strained relationship with Bobby wasn’t stressful enough, he’s bringing Andrew along on a trip to Las Vegas to get to know his co-workers—including Josh Altman and his wife Heather Altman—while checking out the property for the agency’s new “The Hollywood Hills of Las Vegas” development.

The episode’s promo shows the real estate agents entering into a heated confrontation during a walk through of a prospective listing. Flagg, who has become a regular fixture throughout the show’s 10 season run, can be heard asking Boyd, “what’s your problem?” Boyd then replies, “it’s that I married an idiot,” to which Josh quickly retorts back, “you married an idiot?”.
The tension continues untilJosh says, “let me tell you something, why don’t you shut up?” before walking off to take a phone call. After the build-up of tension between the two, viewers can only imagine the confrontational words that proceed.
The confrontation is nothing out of the ordinary for the duo, who are known for airing their grievances in public settings. Not surprisingly, this behavior has become a somewhat of a normalcy in their lives since splitting in 2019 after a 14-year marriage.
The tenth season of MDLLA has been a roller coaster of emotion for viewers and will contain plenty of surprises such as this as the season progresses. This altercation between Josh and Bobby is sure to be entertaining and intriguing while providing us a glimpse into the inner workings of the minds of two of LA’s top luxury real estate professionals.
