WWE Superstar The Miz on Potential Bad Bunny Collab, The Challenge & More
Source link Every week, professional wrestler The Miz appears on NBC’s late-night summer TV show titled The Challenge. But to him, that’s just the beginning.
The Miz recently sat down with People Magazine to discuss his plans for the rest of 2020, including a potential collaboration with Bad Bunny. “I’ve been dying to do something with Bad Bunny,” the wrestler said. “That’s one thing that I’m really pushing for… Now that I have a single out, I can really really really focus on being an artist.”
The Miz is currently promoting his new single, “Haters.” The rapper and actor explained to People Magazine that the single is all about those who don’t believe in one’s dreams. “It’s about those people that talk down on you and don’t want to see you succeed,” he explained. “Maybe those people can’t understand or don’t believe in what you’re telling them. To me, it was about being resilient and being confident in what I’m trying to do and sticking to it no matter what anybody else says.”
The Challenge is another area where The Miz is enjoying success. The wrestler is a member of the show’s cast since 2018. He commented on the show’s growth, saying “The nature of reality TV is to keep it going, you know? It’s such an effective way to keep your brand going, keep your show going and keep entertaining people the right way.”
Despite being a performer, The Miz is an established businessman too. The wrestler says he hopes to expand his business empire. “I’m in the show business industry, so I want to make sure that I’m branching out into production deals as well as expanding my brand,” he explained. Adding, “I want to keep doing what I’m doing and just kind of continue to grow and keep hustling but still be a good dad, a good husband and a good friend.”
Overall, it’s a very exciting time for The Miz and, with his aspirations of collaboration, promotion and business growth, there’s sure to be more to come from the WWE Superstar.
